Cancellation policy: Should you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, we request 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a schedule appointment may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Emergencies: Should you have a dental emergency out of office hours, please call our main office number. Your call will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member for assistance.
